On the crossroads of Post-Rock and Electronica Linear Minds is the solo project and the musical vision of Bassel Abou Fakher, a Syrian multi instrumentalist and music producer based in Brussels/Belgium.
Bassel is a classically trained cellist but In 2015 he flee the war in Syria, looking ahead with a linear mind set towards a brighter future. After settling down in Brussels he soon thereafter started to engaging in diverse musical projects, from film music to theatre to producing bands to recording artists and mixing engineering.

He's works are documented in the last two records of the pioneers in ambient music A WINGED VICTORY FOR THE SULLEN

He composed and produced two albums for chamber music under the name Qotob Trio and Qotob Project.

His first release as an electronic music producer is the album Rosemary Water which is composed and produced to be implemented with contemporary dance performances and theatre.
